About me
I’m a Senior Product Designer based in Brno, Czech Republic. For 15+ years I’ve been designing enterprise software – the kind of tools people rely on to do real work, every day.
What I do
At Kontent.ai I design the AI agent – a conversational surface that edits content and reaches into the customer’s other tools, something no other headless CMS agent can do. I’ve looked after the design system since the 2019 redesign, and was the designer on the accessibility effort that made Kontent.ai the first headless CMS fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA – a push I’d been making for years before it was on anyone’s roadmap.
Approach
I stay close to the evidence. I run my own usability tests, and after launch I read the data. For the agent, I wrote the metrics framework and built the Amplitude dashboard myself. I studied computer science before design, so I read the codebase and lately ship small fixes through PRs instead of tickets.
Experience
At Kentico I was Lead UX Designer, guiding the design process and design system through the redesign of what became Kontent.ai. Earlier I was the solo UX designer at Mavenir, and co-founded Celebrio – an OS for elderly people. Along the way I taught UX at Masaryk University and Czechitas.
